Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at Eurodec Paints (A Unit of Haveli Ram Bansi Lal). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budget preparation.
- Support the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software, e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
