Clinical Assistant I: (REMOTE, USA) Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
A Clinical Assistant I provides support to various departments by monitoring lab/reporting processes, troubleshooting amongst various Ambry-specific systems, and acting as the liaison between internal and external groups. A Clinical Assistant I reliably coordinates internal cases and provides technical and clinical information in a professional manner to clients and patients via various communication methods hg including phone calls, Ambry Message, and email. Additionally, a Clinical Assistant I provides crucial contributions to specialized workflows, projects, improve processes, and/or other tasks based on Company need.
Essential Function:
• Deliver precise technical and clinical expertise: Provide clear, accurate, and timely technical and clinical information to clients and patients through diverse communication channels (i.e. phone calls, emails, Ambry Messages). Ensure thorough follow-up to gather order-specific data and documentation while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Clinical inquiry management and prioritization: Serve as a critical point of contact for internal teams, managing and triaging clinical inquiries with efficiency and precision to ensure prompt and maintain smooth workflow operations.
• Optimize workflow execution and operational efficiency: Consistently execute defined tasks within internal processes with precision and reliability, driving operational excellence. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies, take corrective action, and escalate issues as needed to ensure continuity and quality.
• Case monitoring, auditing, and reporting: Proactively track, audit, and manage cases through the lab and reporting phases. Utilize personal and team worklists to maintain oversight, ensure timely completion, and ensure alignment with quality standards.
