We are seeking a detail-oriented DEA (Data Entry Agent) to join our team and support a leading telecommunications client. This involves handling data entry, dispatch operations, and occasional communication/calls with technicians and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in internal systems.
- Manage dispatch tasks, ensuring timely coordination of service requests.
- Monitor and track job progress, addressing any scheduling or logistical challenges.
- Occasionally communicate with field technicians and supervisors to confirm details and provide necessary updates.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of completed and pending work.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the company as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have a reliable work-from-home setup, including a laptop or desktop computer and a stable internet connection,
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
