Role Description
Elements Hospitality is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who is passionate about service, thrives in team environments, and excels in verbal communication. This full-time role will focus on planning, executing, and delivering construction, ensuring that client relationships are nurtured, and project goals are met.
Position Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control, ensuring projects meet customer timelines and expectations.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective reporting, conferencing, and on-site visits, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, vendors, sub-contractors, and Elements staff to achieve project success through positive teamwork and mutual support.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring financial and timeline success.
- Communication: Manage RFI and submittal processes, and ensure the project is progressing efficiently through proactive communication with team members and clients.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep track of key project documents and maintain accurate records, providing necessary updates for forecasting, invoicing, and project reports.
