🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing and mentoring high-performing teams (hiring, training, and retaining top talent) • Strong domain expertise in areas such as Data Science and Machine learning, Data Warehousing, Cloud Computing, and SaaS Solutions • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to both technical and executive stakeholders — whether on a whiteboard, through live demos, or formal presentations • Consultative sales approach: Ability to understand complex business challenges and map them to Snowflake’s cloud data platform and solutions • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Strong strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to manage complex deals from initial discovery to close.
