US/Canada IT& Finance Recruiter Job (Remote)

About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Proactively source and identify qualified IT professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels
2. Conduct outreach via phone calls and emails to engage candidates and submit suitable profiles for active job openings
3. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal databases to ensure accurate and organized data management

3. Prior experience working with Direct Clients or within an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,05,000 - 2,48,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 5,000 - 8,000 /year
